Day One: One Small Step!

Today’s the day I’m getting back into my regular exercise routine.  

I’ve gone and done it again.  I’ve subscribed to yet another fitness program.  This time it’s Fitter.  A 28-day fitness workout challenge that fits you. Get a personalized home workout plan. No gym. No equipment required.

When you sign up, you answer a brief questionnaire and a trainer and nutritionist create a personalized workout plan for you, using only body weight exercises. 

This is similar to the 8fit app that I’ve tried in the past.  I actually did lose some weight with 8fit, but I saw the ad for fitter and I thought I’d give it a try. 

I did my first workout with the Fitter app.  Feeling great that I accomplished my goal for today.  One 15-minute beginner workout, including warmup and cooldown. Ok, so it wasn’t a very lofty goal, but the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, right?
